Advisory Board
Got early traction and now need a bit more guidance? Time to build your advisory board. This is a fee and/or equity-based model, usually a day or two per month, with provisions for ad hoc, additional project-based hours as needed.
Fractional Exec
Need to expand your senior team but not quite ready for full-time hiring? We can help bridge the gap. This model is also fee and/or equity-based. It can be customized to your needs, starting with a minimum of two days/week over at least three months.
